Your invoices and your stock, carried into your books. Invoices post as double-entry (sales + GST output); your inventory syncs as item masters with live quantities, so Lekhya values stock on the same items you bill from.
Invoice → every finalised invoice, queued in Lekhya for approval, then posted as sales + GST output. Nothing posts itself: an invoice is a claim about what was sold, so a person approves it.
Receipt → a payment captured by Razorpay, posted straight away. A captured payment is not a claim — the amount, date and reference come from the gateway. Anything ambiguous (no matching bill, an overpayment, a duplicate number) waits in the queue instead.
Inventory → your stock register as item masters — name, SKU, barcode, HSN, unit, GST rate, cost and sale price, quantity, reorder level and location — so Lekhya values stock and runs warehouses, batches and serials on the same items. Re-syncing updates an item rather than duplicating it, and only items changed since the last sync are sent. Needs an active Lekhya subscription.
