This policy explains what data SeedhaBill collects and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and password (stored securely, hashed).
Business profile: business name, address, GSTIN, logo, and freelancer type that you choose to provide.
Invoice data: the invoices you create, stored so you can access your history.
Payment data: handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, generate your invoices, process payments, send you receipts and account emails, and improve the product.

3. Who we share it with

We use trusted infrastructure providers (Supabase for database/auth, Razorpay for payments, Resend for email). We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Data security

Data is protected with industry-standard measures including row-level security and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

5. Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you logged in.
