Welcome to SeedhaBill ("we", "us", "the Service"), a product of Prabhas SaaS. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What SeedhaBill does

SeedhaBill is software that helps you create and download GST-format invoices. We provide a tool; we do not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter, including GSTIN, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, and amounts.
You are responsible for determining whether you are required to register for GST and charge it.
You must use the Service lawfully and not for fraudulent invoicing.

3. Plans and payments

Plans are one-time purchases that remain active until the included invoice quota is used. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

4. No warranty on tax outcomes

We make reasonable efforts to keep GST calculations correct, but we do not warrant that any invoice produced will meet every legal requirement applicable to your specific situation. You should have your invoice format reviewed by a qualified professional.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prabhas SaaS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any tax penalty, interest, or dispute arising from your use of invoices generated by the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

6. Account termination

We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
